‘Marianas Trench’ Hitting the States

 

mandipaige (1)thThe punk/rock band formed in 2001 with members; Josh Ramsay (lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist, pianist, occasional drummer, and song writer) Matt Webb (lead guitarist and backing vocalist), Mike Ayley (bass guitarist and backing vocalist), and Ian Casselman (drummer, percussionist, and backing vocalist).
Soon branching out of their home headquarters of Britsh Coloumbia, Canada capturing crowds with their unique stage presence and strong vocals by Josh who has been compared to the Talent of Brendon Urie of ‘Panic! at the Disco’ and the creative punk punch of ‘Simple Plan’.

February 24, 2009 they released their second studio album, Masterpiece Theatre, The album debuted at #4 on the Canadian Albums Chart.”Cross My Heart” became the band’s second song to peak at # 1 on both the Much Music Countdown and iTunes Canada Digital Download. “Cross My Heart” was also nominated for 4 MMVAs in 2009 and became certified platinum in Canada.

With the release of their most recent record ‘Astoria’ on October 23,marianas-trench-astoria-album 2015 with complete original material they announced in September they would be embarking on a winter North American tour; “The Hey You Guys!” Tour.

Which will be landing at House of Blues Lake Buena Vista on Saturday January 23rd with special guest ‘Mainland’, So you better get your tickets before they are sold out!
